To book a place on one of our trips, you can:

Our procedure
To book a place on one of our expeditions please complete and sign the booking form and forward this together with a deposit of £200 per person (the deposit is for the services we provide and not any international flights we may arrange for you).
After receiving your booking form, we will send you a confirmation invoice, detailed itinerary, International Passenger Protection Ltd insurance certificate (this financially protects your expedition booking), visa and mountaineering permit instructions (as relevant), a medical questionnaire and declaration and an equipment and clothing list.
Any outstanding balance on this invoice will be due for payment no later than 8 weeks (56 days) before departure. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, you should forward full payment with your booking form.
